Megan Archer-Fox is a content creator, journalist and motivational speaker best known as “that girl in debt”.
In June 2024 she started tackling £40,000 of credit card and overdraft debt and began documenting the highs and lows of her journey on social media.
Since then she has built a community of almost 200,000 followers thanks to her openness, honesty and vulnerability.
Now debt free (woo!), Megan still talks about money online while also sharing the ups and downs of her very normal life; being a mum to two boys, being a partner, and trying (but failing) to keep her kitchen clean.
She has also recently started talking about her debt story in schools and colleges, to try and raise awareness of the importance of financial education in young people.
Megan is loved for her relatability, her sense of humour and for sharing her very real, unfiltered life.
She lives in Birmingham with her partner David and their two sons – and is originally from the Cotswolds.
