Lottie Drynan

Lottie Drynan is a content creator, speaker, and body confidence advocate who uses her platform to challenge beauty standards, promote inclusive fashion, and support people navigating body image and self-esteem struggles. Drawing on her own experiences with IBS, an eating disorder, and neurodiversity, Lottie creates honest, empowering content that resonates with a wide audience.

With a professional background in social media, events, and marketing, Lottie has collaborated with major brands including Boots, Simply Be, New Look, Symprove, and Sainsburys, and regularly speaks in schools, on panels and at corporate events on topics like body image, self-worth, and the impact of social media. She also has experience in presenting and interviewing for brand work such as Superdrug and the Postcode Lottery.

Lottie is also known for her empowering platform Same Dress, Different Bodies which she co-hosts with Laura Adlington; proving that style has no size. In March 2025 they took their sell-out show to the London Palladium to provide 2,000 women with a celebration of body diversity and self-acceptance. Through everything she does, Lottie is on a mission to remind people that they are enough- exactly as they are.
