Laura Adlington

Laura Adlington is a plus-size content creator and body confidence advocate. Her life took a complete U-turn after her love of baking won her a spot on The Great British Bake Off back in 2020. From there she launched an award-winning body confidence podcast called Go Love Yourself and wrote a book called Diet Starts Monday. She has amassed over 400,000 followers online and is all about empowering women to find self-love and confidence. While she’s baked some show stopping creations, the real love of her life isn’t cake, or even her husband, Matt — it’s her dog, Buddy, who she loves more than life itself.
